We enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location and room sizes.

The Hotel dinning room is old, needs some renovation and the dinner menu was limited. The carpet in the hallway and stairs needs to be cleaned more often or replaced with laminated flooring.

The WI-FI is bit slow and it automatically disconnect itself and it doesn’t cover the whole area..also doesn’t have passcode .

We really were disappointed in the overall experience and service, it wasn't a nice stay at all. Even the breakfast

We were first given a dirty, shady & untidy room that I even had to complain, they then moved plus to a better room. I was absolutely angry at why we were given that room on the first place.

It was my first time experiencing a hotel that doesn't have bottled water in the room, I was shocked that in 2024 we are expected to drink tap water, when I called the receptionist she said they also drink tap water

We enjoyed staying there and it was very peaceful.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were cleaned really well every day. They made nice breakfast packs for us when we went into the Kruger park very early.

The breakfast was delicious and well prepared.

The pool closest to our room was dirty. Furthermore, the place especially outside was way different from what we saw on the pictures.

Nice location for a day trip to Kruger National Park with your own vehicle

The staff were lovely and very welcoming. They did their best to look after us, which we really appreciated. The room was nice and spacious and comfortable. The view was also nice.

Unfortunately the food was not so great and they didn’t seem to have many options for vegetarians. However, the staff’s helpfulness made up for it. They did try to accommodate as they could.

The rooms were clean, and the cleaning lady makeMagret was so nice and helpful

The twin beds with Sheets for each bed separately. I think they should just find sheets that are big enough to cover the two beds as a one bed. It's not ideal if you went as a couple.

Facilities have been upgrade and the staff are very friendly, go the extra mile and trying to offer a very good service. The food is of a very high standard

We enjoyed our overnight stay and if we are in the area again we would stay there

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was well placed for an overnight stay before heading into Kruger Park. The hotel had an "old world" charm and elegance but we stayed in the garden suites as they are more suited to families. The rooms were clean, fresh and fully supplied with shampoo, soap shower cap etc

I hesitated before booking as the hotel is in the center of "town", on the Main Road and close to the shopping centers. This was not a problem though as it is surrounded by beautiful, lush gardens and we were not aware of the road, also it was convenient to nip out for a family meal in one of the centers.

The place is clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and welcoming

There is no cover for cars and parking under trees when it rains and it's windy is a nightmare
